Sign up and help make the 2026 Festival a success!

There are many ways you can get involved as a volunteer, both in the lead up to the festival and on the day.

What we’re looking for:

We aim for about 20 to 30 volunteers to help with various tasks on the day , from set up to pack, including ticketing, directing traffic, hosting sessions and more!

What we’ll need from you:

• A commitment to be available on Festival day (Sunday 11th October) or for setup the day before (Saturday 10th October)

• If you are volunteering on festival day, you’ll need a current Working with Children check. These are free and simple to obtain. Simply go to https://www.vic.gov.au/working-with-children-check
