About our fundraising
Our festival is entirely volunteer run. All funds raised go towards essential costs such as paying the presenters - authors, illustrators, poets, playwrights and artists who deliver workshops and activities at the festival - as well as ensuring the festival venues and amenities are suitable for the event so that everyone has a fantastic time.
Financial sustainability is important as it will help to cement the Festival as an annual cultural and literary event in Central Victoria that encourages and inspires the next generation of storytellers to work with industry professionals to develop their craft.
